We just got back from the doctors. Every visit we discuss vaccinations, I am choosing to wait for a little bit, but he makes me feel guilty. It is such a hard decision, to vaccinate or not to, that is the question.
Stats: 14lbs, 1oz, (32percentile), 25 1/2'' (72percentile),
We have a tall skinny kid on our hands. Fred showed the doctor how he could tripod sit, and the doc told us his girl did the same thing at 4mo and was walking at 9months. He was very impressed. He also reassured me that Fred is perfectly healthy in every way. He even showed stranger awareness. And we got the doc's ok to feed Fred baby food!! I was going to any way but it's nice to have the doc's approval. I never thought being a mother would be so stressful AND joyful. I love him so much and only want to do the very best for him. Bring on the food!!

A little up date on the whole fam. Devan got a new part time job last week. He is going to be working at Maverick on the weekends. When we don't have Audrey he will be working Friday and Saturday nights, and then only Saturdays when we do have Audrey. If any one is interested in getting together on a Friday or Saturday night, I could for sure use the company! We are pretty excited about it because he doesn't have to work Sundays or during the week. He also got a raise at his full time work which was under special consideration. Things are going well for me as well. The little boy I babysit full time will continue for a few more months at least, so I don't have to find other kiddos to watch. I also continue to get offers to babysit more children part time; which is exactly what I feel I can handle.
These are pictures of what we woke up to this morning. SNOW!! It was very heavy snow, and actually broke several trees in our neighborhood. I am worried about our tomatoes.

I can't believe the snow! That's so crazy! Your little guy is getting so big, before you know it, he'll be a year old. If I can just say, because I have very strong opinions, I hope you chose to vaccinate. Vaccines have saved so many lives and the risk of any adverse reaction is so minimal. I know it's scary to inject something into your little one, but the diseases they prevent are so much scarier. It's thanks to everyone getting vaccinated that we don't have to worry about our little ones getting sick, but if fewer people vaccinate their kids then the diseases come back. It's already happened in parts of Europe. There is zero evidence about the link with autism. The man who did the study suggesting a link has even admitted that he falsified the data. Liam has never even had a fever after getting his vaccines and the pain he endures is much less than the pain of being sick. Make a decision that feels right for your family, but remember that vaccines are very safe and very effective. Being a mom is so hard sometimes when you have to make tough decisions!
