I tried to post a video of Freddy trying rice cereal for the first time but it was too long and "blogger" wouldn't down load it. :( So I found this other video of Devan trying to make Fred laugh, it is just as cute.
We love this kid so much!!!!!
EVERYTHING he does is adorable.
This weekend we had Audrey with us. She was actually a lot of fun, which was very nice since the last couple of weekends have been kind of stressful for all of us. She had a blast with Fred! She enjoyed giving him TONS of kisses all over his body, feeding him, and reading books with him. She is becoming more of a big sister to him which is fun to watch. We got some adorable pictures of them together.
She really enjoyed reading him his truck books. She was excited to help him feel the pages that had different textures on them.
Today we went over to a friend's house to have a bbq, which was wonderful and delicious!! She had some really good watermelon that I had to let Fred try. He LOVED it!! She gave me this handy dandy mesh bag so I didn't have to worry about Fred biting off a piece and choking on it. Fred cried when ever I would take it away. He is going to love food when I give it to him.
I realize this has been kind of a long post, but I want to mention one more thing. I find it frustrating that I had to put very strict private restrictions on our family blog. I apologize for the inconvenience. I felt it was necessary because Devan's ex took the liberty to search out our blog, read, and then become overly dramatic, and offended, about what I wrote on my "First Mother's Day" post. I do not wish to cause trouble for my husband, and do not want to feel that I can not post the things I learn from other people, my personal opinions, and feelings. Like I said in our very first post, this is OUR family blog, where we would like to post our opinions, feelings, and brag about our baby boy. We DO NOT mean to be offensive towards any one. If we offend you, PLEASE feel free to contact us via phone, email, facebook, or leave a comment. We only wish to share a little piece of our lives with you and especially my family in Oregon. Now I may be overly sensitive about this topic, but I feel a lot better about sharing my feelings.
